Brothers and Sisters!  Allah  is Lone Entity.

Who is Allah?

How He looks like?

How existence of Allah came into being?

What are Allah’s attributes, qualities, powers?

If Allah is Rehman and Raheem then why people suffer i.e. natural catastrophes: earthquakes, storms, eruption of
volcanoes etc.

As Allah cannot be seen then what is the proof and evidence that Allah exists?

How Allah is in control of everything?

 

Brothers and Sisters! I believe you
are aware of Professor
Stephen Hawing who is a physicist based at London in England.

 

·               
There are a lot of question which emerge about the existence of Allah. The answer to this question is given by a renowned Philosopher Aristotle
.

 

·               
Scientists, especially Physicist, make a lot of research of the universe  and try
to establish how every creation
came into being e.g. sun , moon, stars, galaxies, planet etc. In other words, they want to know the answers how the universe came into being.

 

·               
Hazrat Adam (PBUH) is the first human being who has been created by Allah Himself (SWT) and
thereafter Hazrat Haw’wa (RTU) was created from the Rib of Hazrat Adam (PBUH). The circumstantial
evidence depicts that
Hazrat Adam (PBUH) and Hazrat Hawa’a (RTU) had seen, met and had conversed with Allah (SWT). So when they were sent in this world they briefed their offspring that Allah is Lone Entity, He
(SWT) has created the universe and He is in control of everything.
In fact Hazrat Adam (PBUH) reminded His offspring that Allah is Lone Entity where every soul had meeting with Him (SWT) and seen Him (SWT). How?
This point shall be dealt with later in this article.

With the passage of time the human mind started wondering that if the universe, mankind and all that
what is in the universe has been created by Allah  then how the Entity of Allah came into being and how He (SWT) can be in control of everything.

 

·               
The concept of Allah was
and is such an issue that human mind could not and cannot find a rational answer how the Entity of Allah come
into existence, so the thoughts emerged in  minds that
concept of Allah is just a fantasy. (Nauz Billah)

 

Brothers and
Sisters!

 

·                    
Professor Stephen Hawking is Physicist. I have browsed
his biography on the network Google. Being a physicist he also must have made
research in the Existence of Allah. He delivers lectures. He delivered a
lecture in 2005 titled: Origin of Universe.

 

 

 

·                    
First he talks about the questions about the mankind. As below is
the extract:

 

This creation myth, like many
others, tries to answer the questions we all ask:

 

·               
Why are we here?

 

·               
Where did we come from?

 

The answer generally given was that humans were of comparatively recent origin, because it must have been obvious, even at early times
that the human
race was improving in
knowledge and technology. So it can’t have
been around that long, or it would have progressed even more. For example,
according to Bishop Usher, the Book of Genesis placed the creation of the world
at 9 in the morning on October the 27th, 4,004 BC. On the other hand,
the physical surroundings, like mountains and rivers, change very little in a
human lifetime. They were
therefore thought to be a constant background, and either to have existed forever as an empty landscape, or to have been created at the same time
as the humans. Not everyone, however, was happy with the idea that the universe had
a beginning, even at early times. that the

 

·                    
Then the Professor Hawking gives reference of great
Philosopher Aristotle of over 400 BC which denotes
that the universe had existed forever and there was no Creator of universe. As
below is the extract of the lecture:

 

For example, Aristotle, the most famous of the Greek philosophers, believed the
universe had existed forever.

 

 

He suggested the reason we see progress was that floods, or other
natural disasters, had repeatedly set civilization back to the beginning. The motivation for believing in an eternal universe was the desire to avoid invoking divine intervention to create the universe and set it going.

 

Conversely, those who believed the universe had
a beginning, used it as an argument for the existence
of Allah
as the first cause, or prime
mover, of the universe.

If one believed that the universe had a beginning, the obvious question was
what happened before the beginning? What was Allah doing before He made the
world? Was He preparing Hell for people who asked such questions?

 

The problem of whether or not the universe had a beginning was a
great concern to the German philosopher, Immanuel Kant. He felt there were
logical contradictions, or antimonies, either way. If the universe
had a beginning, why did it wait an infinite time before it began? He called that the thesis. On the other hand, if the universe had
existed for ever, why did it take an infinite time to reach the present stage?
He called that the antithesis. Both the thesis and the antithesis depended on
Kant’s assumption, along with almost everyone else, that time was
Absolute. That is to say, it went
from the infinite
past to the infinite future,
independently of any universe that might or might not exist in this background.
This is still the picture in the mind of many scientists today.

Philosopher Aristotle says:

Scientists believe that time is ‘absolute’. The extract of
the lecture is:

 

Both the thesis and the antithesis depended on Kant’s assumption,
along with almost everyone else, that time was Absolute. That is to say, it went from the infinite past to the infinite
future, independently of
any universe that might or might not exist in this background. This is still the
picture in the mind of many scientists today.

 

 

Surah
Al Hadid Ayat no. 3

 

He (Allah) is the First (nothing is before Him) and the Last (nothing is after Him), the Most High (nothing is above Him) and the Most near (nothing is nearer than Him). And he is the All- Knower of everything.

Crux of the matter is that, in fact, philosophers and scientists   do not want to believe in the existence of Allah. Why? Because if
they believe that universe had a beginning then they have to believe in the Creator of the universe who can be no other than the Entity of Allah  (SWT). This view is reflected in the following
extract of the lecture:

ACCOUNTABILITY

 

Brothers and
Sisters! The question
arises why human mind do not want to believe in the existence of the Entity of
Allah (SWT)?

 

·               
The main reason why human mind does not want to believe in the Lone Entity of Allah (SWT) is that consciously and unconsciously he is
afraid of ‘accountability’ on the Day of Judgement.

 

Ayat Accountability

 

·               
Anbiyya e Karam have revealed that on the Day of Judgement every human
being will have to be accountable for his deeds in the Court of Allah. If his deeds were good then he will
live in Paradise and if his deeds are bad then he will
have to live in Hell.

 

Translation
Surah Az Zalzalah

 

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

 

When the earth is shaken with its (final) earthquake.

 

And when earth throws out its burdens.

 

And man will say: “what is the matter with it:”

 

That day will declare its information (about all that happened over it good or evil)

 

Because your Lord will inspire
it.

 

That Day mankind will proceed in scattered groups that they may be shown their deeds.

 

So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or small ant) shall see it.

 

And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or
a small ant) shell see it.

 

 

 

INVISIBLE
CREATIONS

 

Brothers
and Sisters! However,
let us see that there are many
aspects of life
where human mind accepts, admits the existence of invisible things which he cannot see. Let
us look at some examples:

 

Force, Power

 

Brothers and
Sisters!

 

·               
Every human being has a body structure which is made of many parts: arms, legs, head,
eyes, eyelids etc.

 

·               
To move any part or limb of the body there has to be a power, force. When
one is walking, moving hands, picking up something, pushing something he uses his force and
power.

 

·               
One can see the hands are carrying something, hands are pushing
something, but they do not see the force and power which is the cause
of picking up or pushing something.

 

·               
When one is dead the body has all the parts and
limbs but they cannot move. Why? Because there is no force or power left in them.

 

 

Pain  

 

Brothers and
Sisters! Pain emerges when:

 

o  
body is hit by an object

 

o  
an injury is sustained

 

o  
when nose and mouth are held tight and oxygen cannot be inhaled

 

o  
etc.

 

When any of the above things happen, one can see that the person is in pain but he cannot see pain nor it can be smelled like a
fragrant. However, the person’s face expressions
are depressing or if he is crying, the other
person gathers that he is in pain because the theory is that when somebody is hit or sustains an injury then the
pain emerges.

 

 

DEPENDENCE

 

Brothers and Sisters! It is law of nature that existence
of one thing depends upon many other things. If any one of the things is
missing, then thing cannot come into
existence.

 

Brother! Let us take the example of an apple how it comes into
being.

 

Brothers and Sisters! The origin of
apple is ‘seed’
of apple. Let us look into the processes through which
the seed has to go through before it turns out to apples.

·                Seed has to be sown in land. If the land had not been in existence then seed cannot be sown.

 

·                Land has to be fertile. Unless land is fertile seed will not grow.

 

·                Land has to be ploughed i.e. dug to a certain depth where seed can be placed. If the seed is left on plain land it will not grow.

 

·                Once the seed is sown then it has to be watered regularly. If it is not watered regularly, the land will go dry and the seed will not flourish.

 

·                Seed needs different temperatures within the cycle of day and night. If it continuously receives the sun rays which are hot, it will burn and that is the end of it. And if it remains in cold i.e. at night there is no sun, then it will also go dead. So during day and night the temperature varies which depends upon the height of the sun. The variation in the temperature helps seed to grow.

 

 

Brothers and Sisters! When all the above requirements are met then the seed starts to grow and has to go through the following processes:

 

·                first stem emerges

 

·                thereafter:

 

o   branches emerge on the stem

 

o   leaves emerge

 

o   matter emerges on the branches which will turn into apples

 

o   apples start growing

 

o   properties are inflicted i.e.

 

§  taste

§  flavour

§  sweetness

§  cure element i.e. which can keep the body healthy

§  acids

§  etc.

 

o   plucked from the tree

 

o   brought in the market and eventually reaches the consumer

 

Brothers and Sisters! Now you can see that produce of apple depends upon uncountable things and if a single one is missing apple will not grow.

 

 

Brothers and Sisters! In this scientific age, everything is attributed to ‘Nature’ on the basis that universe has not been created but it has been in existence forever and will remain forever:

 

For example, Aristotle, the most famous of the Greek philosophers, believed the universe had existed forever:

 

 

Brothers and Sisters! The concept that universe has been in existence for ever, it has to be construed that it will remain forever, because if something has an end that is a ‘creation’ and not eternal.

 

 

Brothers and Sisters! In other words the existence of universe is ‘Natural’ phenomena where everything has come into being ‘naturally’ and properties in everything have been inflicted naturally and there is no force behind it.

 

Brothers and Sisters! So far as the discoveries of the elements of universe are concerned, human mind has attributed this to his faculties: abilities and capabilities where he observed the elements of universe, made research and carried out experiments. With the help of scientific technology, man has set a foot on the moon, established Space station, invention of Hubble telescope through which the properties of the elements of universe are exposed, module has been sent on Mars.

 

In other words, human mind is of the opinion, that, these inventions and innovations are the results of his intelligence, thinking and researches and there has been no help from ‘Nature’.

 

Brothers and Sisters! So far as the family structure, politics of the state are concerned human mind based this on Darwinian theory that the original form of human beings is Apes and gradually there has been evolution in his mental faculties where he started making analysis of the elements of the universe and gradually he learned to dress, cook, get married, have children and set up education system.

 

In other words human mind also

 attributes creation of way of life to him. 

 

Brothers and Sisters! So far as the concept of Anbiyya e Karam is concerned the human mind treats them as ‘Reformers’. In other words human mind considers them just like scientists, philosophers, teachers where reformers make researches to expend day to day family life and devise principles and rules and regulations.

 

MEETINGS OF MANKIND WITH LONE ENTITY OF ALLAH

 

Brothers and Sisters!  Mankind has been sent in this world for a test. The test is to recognise Allah. The nearest meaning of Hadith e Qudsi is to the effect: Allah (SWT) said to Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW), Khatim ul Anbiyya:

 

I was a hidden Treasure.

I wished to be recognised.

So I created Jinn and Inss.

(spirits and mankind)

 

Brothers and Sisters! However, before Allah sent mankind on earth, there were two meetings between Allah and mankind.

 

First Meeting

 

Brothers and Sisters!

 

·                The circumstantial evidence depicts that when all the souls and elements of universe were created, Allah gathered all of them and put before them that when they will be sent in the world, would they assume the responsibility to honour Al Amanah i.e. discharge duties and responsibilities. As below is the proposition made by Allah:

 

 

Translation Surah Al Ahzab Ayat no 72

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

 

Truly, We did offer Al-Amanah (the trust or moral responsibility or honesty and all that the duties which Allah has ordained) to the heavens and the earth, and the mountains………….

 

·                It is a natural phenomenon that when one makes a proposition then the other party looks at the proposition, reads it, understands it and then makes decision to accept it or excuse himself. After consideration of the proposition of Allah heavens, earth and mountain excused themselves but mankind  accepted the proposition of Allah (SWT).

 

·                As below is the response of the proposition made by Allah:

 

Translation Surah Al Ahzab Ayat no 72

 

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

 

……….but they (heavens, earth and mountains) declined to bear it and were afraid of it (i.e. afraid of Allah’s Torment). But man bore it. Verily, he was unjust (to himself) and ignorant (of its results).

 

Second Meeting

 

Brothers and Sisters! The circumstantial evidence depicts that when mankind assumed the responsibility to honour Al Amanah then Allah asked the mankind:

 

Surah Al A’raf Ayat no 172

 

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

 

And (remember) when your Lord brought forth from Children of Adam, from their loins, their seed (or from Adam’s loin his offspring) and made them testify as to themselves (saying):

 

“Am I not your Lord?”

 

Brothers and Sisters! Mankind replied:

 

They said: “Yes! We Testify”,

 

Brothers and Sisters! Allah warned them that remember that I am your Rabb and do not pretend on the Day of Resurrection that you were not aware of it.

 

Lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection: Verily, we have been unaware of this.

 

 

Brothers and Sisters! The question will arise how mankind has seen Allah while Qur’an reveals that a human eye cannot see Allah. The answer is that the meetings were between Allah and souls of the human beings. Soul is an invisible element but it contains the essence of every part of human body. For example when soul is taken out then the body is of no use. It cannot walk, move hands or think. Therefore it is perfectly reasonable to assume that every soul has seen the Entity of Allah  (SWT).

 

Brothers and Sisters! Let us look at what constitutes Al – Amanah.

 

Brothers and Sisters! In short, the ‘crux’ of Al Amanah is:

 

·                speak truth do not lie

 

·                be honest, do not cheat

 

·                obey legal jurisdiction, do not break law

 

·                do not infringe the rights of the other

 

·                do not oppress weak

 

·                get married, do not indulge in illicit intercourse

 

·                discharge your duties and responsibilities amicably

 

·                etc.

 

Brother and Sisters!

Can any of the human being deny any of the above values

which are termed as ‘Moral’ values?

 

Brothers and Sisters! If nobody can deny any of the above ‘Moral’ values then it is a clear proof that every soul has met Allah (SWT) and Allah exists and Allah is Lone Entity. But because mankind has been sent in this world for a test to ‘recognise’ Allah and he gets influenced by the satisfaction of ‘Sensual Appetite’, so either he denies the existence of Allah or he forgets about the Entity of Allah because he gets influenced by the Sensual Appetite.

 

ACCOUNTABILITY

 

Brothers and Sisters! One of the arguments of atheists is that if Allah Rehman and Raheem then why people suffer through hunger, oppression, calamities and natural disasters etc. This issue was raised by journalist, John Humphrys during his interviews with three scholars of Christianity, Judaism and Islam in the programme: Humphrys in Search of God.

 

Concept: Allah Does not Exist

 

Brother! For the sake of argument, let us leave the concept of Existence of Allah and concept of religion on one side and look at the politics of the world that how it is designed, devised and put into practice.

 

Brothers and Sisters! An outline of the politics of the state is:

 

·                constitution

 

·                legal jurisdiction

 

·                polices:

 

o   political

 

§  defence

§  foreign affairs

§  home affairs

§  health

§  etc.

 

o   social

 

§  family structure

§  marriages

§  brought up of children

§  social welfare system

§  rights of neighbours

§  etc

 

o   economical

 

§  monetary policy

§  fiscal policy

 

o   commercial

 

§  buying and selling

§  commercial law

§  marketing

§  etc.

 

Brothers and Sisters! The head of the state devises an infrastructure to run the affairs of the state in every respect so that people remain within the atmosphere of Peace and Harmony.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Constitution, legal jurisdiction and policies are devised to be implemented by the public. The jurisdiction and policies also contain the clauses that if law is broken then it is punishable by fines, imprisonment  or death. For this purposes courts of law are established, where criminals are tried, prisons are built where criminals are detained so that they do not harm public.

 

Brothers and Sisters! In short, there is accountability of every member of the public if he abides by the law or not and the people who turn out to be criminals they are punished.

 

Brothers and Sisters! So far as the aggrieved people are concerned there is a system of compensation for them. In England the cases of aggrieved person are dealt with by Criminal Injury Compensation Board. There are many other forms to compensate the aggrieved persons.

 

Dvine Revelations

 

Brothers and Sisters! When a head of the state is nominated, appointed or elected, he assumes the responsibility that he will deal with every aspect of the affairs of the state which will bring Peace and Harmony in the lives of its inhabitants.

 

Brothers and Sisters! The divine myth is that Allah has created universe for mankind. This fact is revealed in the Qur’an:

 

Translation Surah Al A’raf Ayat no 54

 

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

 

Indeed your Lord is Allah Who created heavens and the earth in Six Days, and then He rose over (Istawa) the Arsh (really in a manner that suits His Majesty). He brings the night a cover over the day, seeking it rapidly, and (He created) the sun, the moon, the stars subjected to His command. Surely, His is the Creations and Commandment. Blessed is Allah, the Lord of the Alamin (mankind, jinn, and all that exists).

 

Brothers and Sisters! Allah also reveals that He (SWT) is Aleem (Knower of everything) and He (SWT) is aware of what goes on within every creation of the universe.

 

Surah Al Hadid Ayat no 4

 

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

 

He it is Who created the heavens and the earth in six Days and then rose over (Istawa) the Throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty). He knows what goes on into the earth and what comes forth from it, and what descends from the heavens and what ascends thereto. And He is with you (by His Knowledge) wheresoever you may be. And Allah is the All-Seer of what you do.

 

Brothers and Sisters! In fact, head of the state is viceroy of Allah i.e. to look after the people of the state.

 

Brothers and Sisters! The cabinet ministers are Viceroy of head of the state. They are required to implement the policies of the head of the state. In other words when the viceroys implement the policies of the head of the state it is tantamount to implementation of the policies by the head of the state. In practice whatever progress is made in every sphere of life it is attributed to the head of the state.

 

Brothers and Sisters! As head of the state is viceroy of Allah, therefore he has to seek guidance from the Principal i.e. Allah. For this purpose he has to read, study, think and understand the Guidance of Allah and teachings of Anbiyya e Karam so that he can devise policies accordingly.

 

Brothers and Sisters! The point is that if the cabinet ministers have to seek guidance from head of state then surely the head of state has to seek guidance from another source.

 

Brothers and Sisters! In this scientific age, as the concept of Lone Entity of Allah has been put aside, the guidance is sought through study of the history, data accumulated over centuries on the basis of observation and experiments, moral values etc. In other words guidance is sought through education system.

 

Brothers and Sisters! But the question arises from what source data has originated? If the data is originated from one source only then one has to believe that the source of Data is Qur’an.

 

How?

 

Brothers and Sisters! First, let us look into the views of non – Muslims in respect of the Qur’an and Mohammed Ibne Abdullah  (SAW).

 

Brothers and Sisters! Non – Muslims do not believe that the Qur’an is Word of Allah and Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) is last Nabi (Prophet) of Allah.

 

Brothers and Sisters! However they admit:

 

·                Mohammed Ibne Abdullah  (SAW) has been in existence

 

·                 He (SAW) is not a Prophet but a reformer

 

·                As a reformer He (SAW) composed the Book: Qur’an which deals with every sphere of life

 

·                Qur’an is comprehensive book. Its comprehensiveness is depicted by the fact that the name of Mohammed Ibne Abdullah  (SAW) appears as the ‘Greatest Law Giver’ on the list of ‘Law Givers’ at Lincoln’s Inn in London. Moreover, the third President of the United States of America, Thomas Jefferson, kept copy of the Qur’an in his personal library.

 

·                Michael Hart, a great historian, ranked Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) at top of the list of 100 most influential men since the origin of the world in his book:

 

EVERY ‘ILM’ ORIGINATES FROM THE QUR’AN

 

Brothers and Sisters! Now let us make an analysis how Qur’an is origin of every ILM (knowledge) e.g.

 

·                moral

 

o   etiquettes

o   temperament

o   attitude and behaviour

 

o   rights of:

 

§  parents

§  children

§  spouses

§  relatives

§  neighbours

§  strangers

§  other creations: animals, birds, creations in sea etc.

§  etc. 

 

·                spiritual

 

o   divine contact

o   Ibadaahs (worship)

 

·                social

 

o   way of day to day life

o   marriages

o   divorces

o   brought up of children

o   culture and civilisation

o   etc.

 

·                commercial

 

o   set up of business

o   principles and rules and regulation of business dealings

o   keeping records of business affairs

o   legal jurisdiction which monitors business dealings

o   etc.

 

·                psychological

 

o   mental state

o   how to deal with disturbance in mind

 

·                medical

 

o   diagnose health problem

o   advices to patient

o   prescriptions

o   etc.

 

·                neurological

 

o   disturbance in the tissues of brain

o   how to rectify

 

·                astronomical

 

o   knowledge of the planets of the universe: sun, moon, stars, galaxies etc.

 

Brothers and Sisters!

In short, you name any type of ILM (knowledge) and you will

find answer in the Qur’an.

 

How?

 

Brothers and Sisters! Let us look at an example which can expose that every ILM originates form the Qur’an.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Let us take an example of a tree.

 

Brothers and Sisters! When a seed is sown at land in appropriate depth then:

 

·                seed flourishes

 

·                stem emerge

 

·                branches emerge on the stem

 

·                leaves emerge on the branches

 

·                flowers emerge on the branches

 

·                fruits emerge on the branches

 

·                properties are inflicted in every part of the tree

 

·                etc.

 

Brothers and Sisters! There are countless produces which emerge from the seed. Therefore, any produce which has emerged on the tree will be attributed to the ‘seed’ i.e. it has originated from the seed. In other words it originated from the tree.

 

Brothers and Sisters!

Now let us look at how every ILM originates from the Qur’an.

 

Brothers and Sisters! To establish that every ILM originates from the Qur’an it has to be rationally proved that there was nothing in the universe when the Qur’an was ascribed.

 

Brothers and Sisters!

 

·                On the face value Qur’an is a text which is read, understood and then putting its teaching into practice.

 

·                To understand ILM there has to be another object. If there is no other object then the context and substance of the text cannot be understood.

 

·                Allah is Lone Entity. There was nothing in existence other than Allah. Therefore, Allah needed somebody who could understand the context and substance of the Qur’an.

 

·                The question arises why Allah wanted somebody to understand the context and substance of the Qur’an.

 

·                It is natural phenomenon that if a person is alone then he needs a counterpart to share his views and thoughts.

 

·                Allah was alone. So there could not be His counterpart. Therefore, Allah has to create a mind who could understand the context and substance of the Qur’an. For this reason Allah created Angels, Jinn, (Spirits) and mankind.

 

·                The question arises, why Allah wanted to create Angels, Jinn and mankind.

 

·                The circumstantial evidence depicts that as Allah was Lone Entity and He (SWT) Knew His (SWT) powers, so He (SWT) wanted those powers to be recognised. This aspect is reflected in Hadith e Qudsi:

 

I was a hidden Treasure.

·               It is natural phenomenon that when a personality is recognised then one submits to him. For example: in our day to day life when it is learned that a person has a number of degrees, highly qualified, has a lot of business organisations, properties etc. etc. then people listen to him and follow what he tells them to do. Why? Because people get impressed by his qualities i.e. he is far above the average person who has so many faculties. In other words people submit to him.

 

·                Therefore, the object of creation of Angels, Jinn and mankind was that they submit to Allah in every respect. In other words, they were created for ‘Bandagi’ (submission, worship).

 

Brothers and Sisters! The circumstantial evidence depicts:

 

·                First Allah created Angels. When Angels recognised Allah they understood and appreciated powers of Allah and submitted to Him (SWT) every moment.

 

·                When Allah did not see any element of disobedience by Angels then Allah created Jinn (Spirits). Although Jina’at understood and appreciated powers of Allah but they became mischievous except a few.

 

·                When Allah saw the two extremes then Allah created mankind. To differentiate between good and bad Allah gave him element of ‘option’ i.e. he could be submissive or mischievous.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Question emerges in minded that the creation has a time scale i.e. beginning and end. Now if one is submissive and other is mischievous and they both come to end then what is achieved?

 

Brothers and Sisters! This is where the essence of two meetings becomes operational. It will be recalled that Allah had two meetings with mankind. In the first meeting all the creations were asked if they will honour Al Amanah.

 

Translation Surah Al Ahzab Ayat no 72

 

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

Truly, We did offer Al-Amanah (the trust or moral responsibility or honesty and all that the duties which Allah has ordained) to the heavens and the earth, and the mountains………….

 

Brothers and Sisters! Heavens, earth and mountain excused themselves but mankind bore.

 

Translation Surah Al Ahzab Ayat no 72

 

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

…………but they (heavens, earth and mountains) declined to bear it and were afraid of it (i.e. afraid of Allah’s Torment). But man bore it. Verily, he was unjust (to himself) and ignorant (of its results).

 

 

Brothers and Sisters! When proposition was made to all the creations at that time Allah also warned them that if Al Amanah is not honoured then there will be punishment:

 

Translation Surah Al Ahzab Ayat no 73

 

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

 

So that Allah will punish the hypocrites men and women, and the men and women who are al-Mushrikun (polytheists, idolaters, pagans, disbelievers, in the Oneness of Allah, and His Messenger Mohammed (SAW)). And Allah will pardon (accept the repentance of) the true believers of the Islamic Monotheism, men and women. And Allah is Ever Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Although in the Verse only mankind is addressed but it was applicable to all the creations on the basis that mankind is                           Ashraf ul Makhlukat (the most superior), so anything addressed to him is applicable to all the creations.

 

Brothers and Sisters! It was concept of the punishment which led heavens, earth and mountains to excuse themselves to honour Al Amanah. But as mankind opted to honour Al Amanah, so he accepted that if he will be disobedient then he will be punishable. In other words the concept of ‘accountability’ was established i.e. the one who will be submissive he will be rewarded and whoever will be disobedient he will be punished.

 

Brothers and Sisters! The question arises when there will be ‘accountability’. Will it be as soon as a person dies or will it be at a later stage?

 

Brothers and Sisters! It is natural phenomenon that a creation cannot be eternal. In short, Allah devised a system:

 

·                this universe was created and it has to come to an end,

 

·                Hazrat Adam (PBUH) was created and thereafter His offspring, so there has to be a limit on the offspring i.e. there is a last soul and when the last soul will be given birth then there will be no more offspring left and the last person will have to die.

 

·                Similarly, Angels and Jina’at are creations so they will have to die as well.

 

·                The day when the existence of every creation: universe, mankind, jina’at and angels will come to an end, it is termed Doomsday. Mankind will gathered which is revealed in the Qur’an:

 

Translation Surah An Nisa Ayat no. 87

 

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

 

Allah! La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He). Surely, He will gather you together on the Day of Resurrection about which there is no doubt. And who is truer in statement than Allah.

 

Brothers and Sisters! This will be the day when the situation of the time will prevail when there was nothing other than the Lone Entity of Allah (SWT). This fact has been revealed in the Qur’an:

 

 

Translation Surah Al Mo’min Ayat no 16

 

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

 

The Day when they will (all) come out, nothing of them will be hidden from Allah. Whose is the Kingdom this Day? (Allah Himself will reply to His question): Allah is the One, the Irresistible!

 

Brothers and Sisters! The context and substance of the above Verse implies that as Allah Himself posed a question and answered Himself, so everything in the universe was non – existent.  So it was the same situation when there was Lone Entity of Allah and nothing was created.

 

Brothers and Sisters! In the following Verse Allah tells the mankind that there will be accountability of every body and no one will be oppressed as the justice will be done:

 

Tramslation Surah Al Mo’min Ayat no 17

 

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

 

This day shall every person be recompensed for what he earned. This Day no injustice (shall be done to anybody). Truly, Allah is Swift in reckoning.

 

WHY PEOPLE SUFFER IN THIS WORLD

 

Brothers and Sisters! One of the questions posed by human mind is that if Allah is Rehman and Raheem then why people suffer i.e. natural catastrophes: earthquakes, storms, eruption of volcanoes etc.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Let us try to deal with this question by taking example of this world.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Let us put aside the concept of Lone Entity of Allah on hold and let us assume:

 

·                as per the theology of Aristotle, the most famous of the Greek philosophers, believed the universe had existed forever. Something eternal is more perfect than something created. And

 

·                mankind is evolution of apes which led to development of faculties of mind and a civilisation came into being where principles, rules and regulation were devised in respect of every sphere of life.

 

Brothers and Sisters! If the civilisation is development of evolution of Apes then surely the feelings i.e. love, hate, respect, oppression etc. etc. are the creation of human mind. Surely, love, hate, respect and oppression cannot be attributed to natural phenomenon.

 

 

Brothers and Sisters! As because of hate and oppression rights of other people are infringed, so the government devises a legal jurisdiction where the people who will infringe the rights of other people they will be punished. The people whose rights are infringed they are compensated. The people who opt for love and respect, they are being rewarded.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Naturally, the people who infringe the rights of other people they will not come forward and admit that they have infringed the rights of other people and they will remain under cover so they are not caught. Now if such people die and there is no life after death then they got away and left people suffering.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Government devises a legal jurisdiction for crimes to deter people to indulge in criminal acts. Then news is published in respect of the criminals who have been punished by fine or imprisonment or death to highlight the consequences of criminal activities in order to deter people to commit crimes.

 

 

QUR’AN IS NOT COMPOSED BY MOHAMMED IBNE ABDULLAH (SAW)

 

Brothers and Sisters! Qur’an is comprehensive Book in every respect. As per non – Muslims Qur’an is composed by Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW). Now, for the sake of argument, if it is assumed that the Qur’an is composed by Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) then the people who believe Qur’an is Word of Allah, then as per non – Muslim’s theology the text of the Qur’an was borrowed by Allah.

 

Brothers and Sisters! It is impossible that Qur’an is composed by Mohammed Ibne Abdullah  (SAW). How?

 

Brothers and Sisters! Please consider the following:

 

·                The name of Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) is on the top of the list of Law Givers, being ‘Greatest Law Giver’ at Lincoln’s Inn in London.

 

·                Before the legal team, who had been designated the job of making analysis of the Qur’an determined that the Qur’an is comprehensive book in every respect, they must have:

 

o   assessed and judged the teachings of the Qur’an in Its practicability i.e. it was on the basis of the teachings of the Qur’an that Muslims ruled the world, introduced Moral values etc.

 

o   read the history in respect of every sphere of life: social, economical, commercial, defence, aggression and otherwise.

 

o   read the evolution of scientific developments in Muslim era

 

o   read the principles and rules and regulation in respect of the politics of the state i.e. how peace and harmony can prevail within the state.

 

o   read the history of wars i.e. principles and rules and regulation of wars which resulted in the formation of United Nations i.e. to deter countries to indulge in war, Geneva convention i.e. how to treat prisoners of war, tactics i.e. how to win the war.

 

o   read the history how the Sahaba (RTU) were educated by Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) and thereafter Sahaba (RTU) educated the oncoming generations.

 

o   read and analysed the biography of Mohammed Ibne Abdullah  (SAW) and Sahaba Karam (RTU) in every respect. German Dr Springer write in the Preface of the book: Life of Mohammed (SAW):

 

 

No nation has passed in the past nor is present in this age other than Muslims who had innovated the art of Isma ur Rijal where the life of 500,000 people can be browsed.

 

o   In nutshell, the legal team read, studied and analysed Qur’an and Hadith.

 

Brothers and Sisters! When the legal team must have gathered that there is answer of every question in the Qur’an, only then they must have determined that Qur’an is a comprehensive book. But as the non Muslims do not believe Mohammed Ibne Abdullah  (SAW) Prophet of Allah, so they formed an opinion that the Qur’an is composed by Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW).

 

Brothers and Sisters! Now let us look into the fact that how Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) is not composer of the Qur’an. Please consider the following:-

 

·                 It is admitted that Qur’an is comprehensive book and Mohammed Ibne Abdullah  (SAW) is composer of the Qur’an.

 

·                The legal team must have studied the teachings of other law givers as well, since Hazrat Adam (PBUH) i.e. Prophets and otherwise. Moreover, they believe Taurat, Injeel and Zabur are Books of Allah, so they must have made analysis of their teachings.

 

·               So as it was admitted that Qur’an is comprehensive book and Mohammed Ibne Abdullah  (SAW) has composed It (Qur’an) then it is implied that Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) is ‘Super’ human being. Why? Because no one could compose book like Qur’an since Hazrat Adam (PBUH) 1400 years ago or anyone have composed since 1400 years ago.

 

·               If Mohammed Ibne Abdullah  (SAW) is ‘Super’ human being then He has to be treated as Allah because the meaning of Allah implies that He is perfect in every respect and is in control of everything. Only a perfect Entity can write a comprehensive book. But Mohammed Ibne Abdullah  (SAW) is not perfect and in control of anything. For the sake of argument had He been in control of everything He would have reformed every human being. Moreover, He had to depart from this world just like a normal human being. Furthermore, His survival was dependent upon consumption of food and He married, had children and suffered in the hands of enemies. Therefore, if a person who cannot be immune from hunger, physical needs and otherwise, how he can be in control of everything.

 

·                Mohammed Ibne Abdullah  (SAW) is an Ummi. Ummi means the one who cannot read and write. So it is perfectly safe to assume that He (SAW) did not read any books. History also tells that He (SAW) did not have a teacher from whom He (SAW) could learn.

 

 

·                This unseen Entity cannot be other than Allah. This is the test for the mankind to believe in Allah who is in Ghaib (Unseen) and this has been revealed in the beginning of the Qur’an:

 

Translation Surah Al Baqrah Ayat No. 3

 

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

 

Who believe in Ghaib and perform As – Salat (Iqamat as Salat….

 

Brothers and Sisters! Allah is Aleem. Allah was aware of that mankind will pose this question that Qur’an is composed by Mohammed Ibne Abdullah  (SAW), So He (SWT) revealed in the Qur’an that only Allah could produce Qur’an and Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) could not produce Qur’an:

 

Translation Surah Yunus Ayat No. 37

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

 

And this Qur’an is not such as could ever be produced by other than Allah (Lord of the heavens and the earth), but it is a confirmation of (the revelation) which was before it [i.e. the Taurat (Torah), and the Injeel (gospel)], and a full explanation of the Book (i.e. the laws decreed for mankind – wherein there is no doubt – from the Lord of the Alamin (mankind, Jinn, and all that exists).

 

Translation Surah Al-Ankabut Ayat No. 48

 

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

 

Neither did you (O Mohammed (SAW)) read any book before it (this Qur’an), nor did you write any book (whatsoever) with your right hand. In that case, indeed, the followers of falsehood might have doubted.

 

 WHAT IS THE OBJECT OF CREATION OF MANKIND?

 

Brothers and Sisters! The question was that if Allah is Rehman and Raheem then why people suffer i.e. infringement of their rights, natural calamities: earthquakes, storms, floods, high velocity winds and abuse of power by the authorities.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Allah (SWT) has sent mankind in this world for a test. If he is successful in test then he will be rewarded in the life hereafter. How?

 

Brothers and Sisters! Let us take example of this world.

 

·                An employer  employs an employee to render his services. The contract is signed that employee will be rewarded for his services subject to the guidance of the employer.

 

·                Now if the employee renders his services as per the guidance of employer then the employer will reward him. But if he renders his services as per his own theology he will not be rewarded.

 

Brothers and Sisters! After one month employer will assess performance of the employee. If the outcome is as per his (employer’s) guidance then he will be rewarded for his services. Brothers and Sisters! The point here to note is that the employee kept on rendering services for one month and he was not paid any money. In other words the reward was accumulating. After one month when employer is satisfied then he pays him the accumulated reward which he can make use of.

 

Brothers and Sisters! But on the other hand if the employee does not render his services as per the guidance of employer then no reward will be accumulated and at the end of the month there will be no reward for him rather he will be fired  which is tantamount punishment in the sense that as he does not have any money so he will starve and will not be able to fulfil his requirements.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Now, if one believes it or not but mankind is a creation and Creator is Allah, then it is Allah Who has sent mankind in this world for a test. Test is similar to the contract between an employer and employee. Therefore, if mankind will pass the test he will be rewarded in the life hereafter and this has been highlighted in the Books of Allah. If mankind failed the test then he will be punished.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Allah has made aware mankind that the one who will pass the test he will be in Paradise and who will fail the test he will be in Hell. This aspect was made clear in the first meeting:

 

Translation Surah Al Ahzab Ayat no 73

 

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

 

So that Allah will punish the hypocrites men and women, and the men and women who are al-Mushrikun.

 

And Allah will pardon the true believers of the Islamic Monotheism, men and women. And Allah is Ever Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.

 

Brothers and Sisters! The context and substance of the above Verse is that the one who will not expend their lives as per the Guidance of Allah they will be punished and the one who will expend their lives as per the Guidance of Allah they will be rewarded.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Allah has revealed the aspect of life hereafter for reward and punishment.

 

Punishment of Disbelievers

 

 

Translation Surah Al Hajj Ayat no 19 – 22

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

 

19. These two opponents (believers and disbelievers) dispute with each other about their Lord: then as for those who disbelieve, garments of fire will be cut out for them, boiling water will be poured down over their heads.

 

20. With it will melt (or vanish away) what is within their bellies, as well as (their) skins.

 

21. And for them are hooked rods of iron (to punish them)

 

22. Every time they seek to get away therefrom anguish, they will be driven back therein, and (it will be) said to them: “Taste the torment of burning!”

 

Reward for Believers

 

Translation Surah Al Hajj Ayat no 23 – 25

 

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

 

23. Truly, Allah will admit those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah – Islamic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, to Garden underneath which rivers flow (in Paradise), wherein they will be adorned with bracelets of gold and pearls and their garments therein will be of silk.

 

24. And they are guided (in this world) unto goodly speech (i.e. La ilaha illallah, Alhamdulillah, recitation of the Qur’an) and they are guided to the Path of Him (i.e. Allah’s religion of Islamic Monotheism), Who is worth of all Praises.

 

25. Verily, those who disbelieved and hinder (men) from the Path of Allah, and from Al-Masjid Al-Haram (at Makkah) which We have made (open) to (all) men, the dweller in it and the visitor from the country are equal there (as regards its sanctity and pilgrimage (Hajj and Umrah) – and whoever inclines to evil actions therein or to do wrong (i.e. practice polytheism and leave Islamic Monotheism), him We shall cause to taste from a painful torment.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Let us make an analysis of the Verses as above:

 

·                In Verse no. 19 mankind is segregated in two groups. Obedient to Allah and non obedient to Allah.

 

·                In Verse no. 19 to 22 Allah has revealed the type of punishment of the disobedient people.

 

·                In Verse no. 23 Allah has revealed the rewards for the obedient people.

 

·                In Verse no. 24 Allah Praises the righteous people.

 

·                In Verse no. 25 Allah has warned that whoever will be disobedient and becomes a hindrance for people to be on the Right Path, they will be punished.

 

 

Brothers and Sisters! So far as the calamities: earthquake, storms, high velocity winds and eruption of volcanoes are concerned, this is a reminder from Allah  for the mankind to follow the Right Path and not to be disobedient to Allah .

 

Brothers and Sisters! Whenever, there is a calamity people start praying. This is reflection of the reminder from Allah.

 

REASONS WITHIN MANKIND ABOUT THE EXISTENCE OF ALLAH (SWT)

 

Brothers and Sisters! If one makes a critical analysis of his own self, he will find that Entity of Allah exists in him and Allah is in control of everything.

 

How?

 

Brothers and Sisters! First let us look into what is concept of Allah. The concept of Allah is:

 

·                He was, is and will be Lone Entity.

 

·                He created the universe and everything in it.

 

·                He devised a system where things will come into being and those will be used or consumed.

 

·                He inflicted the properties within the produces and things which will do their job. For example:

 

o   Food  will end the hunger and its digestion will keep the body healthy

 

o   clothes will cover the body and save the body from hot and cold weather

 

o   house will give shelter and place to live

 

·                As Allah  has created everything, therefore, everything is under His Command.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Now for the sake of argument, if we determine that there is no Lone Entity of Allah  who is the Creator of everything, then we have to admit that everything assumes the ‘role’ of Allah. Each item is combination of ‘atoms’, which are invisible and composed of ‘electrons’ and ‘protons’. So every electron and proton assumes the role of Allah .

 

Brothers and Sisters! So if the mind does not believe that there is Lone Entity of Allah   then there are trillions, trillions and trillions of Allahs (gods) because every atom has a command and science has proved it.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Now let us look into the fact that human mind  does not control anything. Rather it is an ‘Unseen’ force which controls everything. Let us take a few examples:

 

Writers of books, articles etc

 

Brothers and Sisters!

 

·                Human mind observes the incidents, events, and also experiences incidents in day to day life. For some reason he wants to write a book or an article.

 

·                He sits in a secluded place and concentrates on the subject matter and then data starts flowing from his mind which he starts to process on paper and eventually manuscript of the book or an article is composed.

 

Brothers and Sisters! On the face value it is Mr A who has composed the book and article and every word of it has flown from his mind. This denotes all the data which has been put on the paper was stored in his mind and theoretically it will remain in his mind.

 

 

Brothers and Sisters! But in reality it is not possible that he will be able to write the same book or the article in that manner. In fact, when he will read the book himself he will realise that most of the data was not in his mind when he started to write the book or an article. And after few months he will completely forget the text of the book or an article except the theme of the subject matter will remain in his mind.

 

Brothers and Sisters! So what this proves? It proves that while he was writing manuscript of the book or an article there was an ‘Unseen’ force who was transmitting and administering the data and this was processed by hand i.e. put on the paper.

 

Enthusiasm and Vigour

 

Brothers and Sisters! Please assess and judge the ‘reality’ by the following factors:-

 

·                you are making a speech to a congregation. While making a speech there is enthusiasm, vigour. Now after the speech is finished would you be able to deliver the speech with same enthusiasm and vigour and with the same text? The answer will be ‘No’. So as the answer will be ‘No’ then it was not you who was creating the data but it was an ‘Unseen’ force who was creating the data and it was flowing in the form of speech. It proves that you were not in control but it was the ‘Unseen’ force who was in control of your mind.

 

·                You meet one of your beloved friends after a long time. Both embrace each other with enthusiasm and vigour  and the embrace may last for many minutes. Within this period the feelings of love and affection were transmitting in each other’s heart and mind. But if the same friends see each other on the following day they will not embrace each other in the manner they embraced on the previous day although the love and affections are at the same level or it may have enhanced. Why they will not embrace each other with same enthusiasm and vigour because on the previous day you and your friend were not in control of yourselves, you were in control of an ‘Unseen’ force who made you embrace with enthusiasm and vigour. Had you been in control of yourself then on the following day you would have embraced with same enthusiasm and vigour?

 

Brothers and Sisters! There are many other examples in our day to day life which depict that it is not human mind who is in control but mind is in control of an ‘Unseen’ force Who cannot be other than the Lone Entity of Allah (SWT).

 

Scientific Developments

 

Brothers and Sisters! Let us look at the existence of Lone Entity of Allah (SWT) from another angle.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Everybody believes and admits that nothing can be created without planning, there has to be an object for creation, and everything is created by the combination of material matter and invisible forces.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Let us look at few examples:

 

Information technology

 

Brothers and Sisters!

·                To process words or to browse internet there are:

 

o   central processing unit  (CPU)

o   keyboard

o   mouse

o   monitor

 

·                a programme has to be installed which is devised by taking into account every minute step. If any of the steps is missing in the programme or is corrupted then the word will not be processed. For example: when one has to write on a piece of paper, following will be the commandments:

 

o   pick up pen

 

o   bring it to at specific height

 

o   take it to the inkpot

 

o   put the pen into the inkpot

 

o   take the pen out of the inkpot

 

o   bring back to specific height

 

o   put pen on the paper

 

o   start writing

 

·                Now if the human mind has to programme each and every step to process a word then how can it be possible that this whole universe has been created without a programme and no one has control over it. Allah  (SWT) has revealed this fact in the Qur’an:

 

Translation Surah Al A’raf Ayat no 54

 

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

 

Indeed your Lord is Allah Who created heavens and the earth in Six Days, and then He rose over (Istawa) the Arsh (really in a manner that suits His Majesty). He brings the night a cover over the day, seeking it rapidly, and (He created) the sun, the moon, the stars subjected to His command. Surely, His is the Creations and Commandment. Blessed is Allah, the Lord of the Alamin (mankind, jinn, and all that exists).

 

Brothers and Sisters! Allah also reveals that He (SWT) is Aleem (Knower of everything) and He (SWT) is aware of what goes on within every creation of the universe.

Translation Surah Al Hadid Ayat no 4

 

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

 

He it is Who created the heavens and the earth in six Days and then rose over (Istawa) the Throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty). He knows what goes on into the earth and what comes forth from it, and what descends from the heavens and what ascends thereto. And He is with you (by His Knowledge) wheresoever you may be. And Allah is the All-Seer of what you do.

 

Brothers and Sisters! If we make an analysis of the above Verses of the Qur’an  then we will gather that likewise information technology this universe has been programmed in every respect.

 

Lenses in Eyes

 

Brothers and Sisters!

 

·                Everyone believes and admits that there are lenses in eyes where he is able to see and look at things which are far, near and very close.

 

·                When eyesight weakens i.e. one cannot see things clearly when they are far or cannot read a small print or cannot focus on the computer, his eyesight is tested where the level of weakness is determined and prescribed and lenses are made which are then used for the specific object.

 

 

Brothers and Sisters! Does this not depict that if human mind has to process the lenses when the eyesight goes weak, so there has to be a Creator of eye who made the lenses of eye in every respect i.e. far, near, very close? If there is no ‘Unseen’ force i.e. Entity of Allah then the eyesight should remain as it has been at birth and should not be weaken.

 

Saliva

 

Brothers and Sisters! Saliva is a liquid secreted into the mouth by glands to provide lubrication which facilitates chewing and swallowing and aids digestion.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Now let us look at the functions of ‘Saliva’ and its origin.

 

Brothers and Sisters!

 

·                The emergence of saliva is programmed in such a way that when it is used i.e. diminishes while speaking, eating and otherwise the glands become active and produce the required quantity of saliva. When one is speaking or eating then the glands are active continuously to produced saliva so the shortfall of saliva is made good.

 

·                The importance of saliva can be assessed and judged when there is not enough saliva in the mouth and then water is being drunk to keep the inside of the mouth wet. Sometimes it happens that when one is making a speech for a length of time then the throat gets dry and he has to drink water to keep it wet otherwise he will not be able to speak.

 

·                Saliva has acids in it which help to digest food. This is why physicians advise that chew food as much as possible so that saliva is mixed with the food which will not only help to digest food but also dig out the properties of the food which helps for good health.

 

Lubricants

 

Brothers and Sisters! There are many types of lubricants within the body which keep generating and keep the body moving. The Hikmah (prudence) of lubricants can be judged by an example of motor car engine.

 

Brothers and Sisters! To keep the car engine running and active there are many types of lubricants which have to be put in different parts. For example:

 

·                engine oil

 

·                brake oil

 

·                clutch oil

 

·                power steering oil

 

·                water

 

·                etc.

 

Brothers and Sisters! If the lubricants are not put in the appropriate parts then when the engine will be active the counterparts will rub against each other and will be of no use and the car will not move e.g. when pistons of the engine are active then they have to be covered with lubricant i.e. oil otherwise the head will crack and engine will be dead. Similarly, when the engine is active then it gets hot so it has to be cooled down. For this purpose there is system within the engine where water is circulated within the pipes attached with the radiator. If water finishes then engine will be overheated and the head will crack.

 

 

Languages

 

Brothers and Sisters! No doubt you are aware that there are countless languages and dialects spoken in the world. But has any human mind wondered how these languages and dialects came into being. No doubt some human minds must have wondered but have those findings been made public so that every human being could appreciate their imperative and importance?

 

Translation Surah Ar Rome Ayat no. 22

 

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

 

And among His (Allah’s) Signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth, and difference of your languages and colours. Verily, in that are indeed signs for men of sound knowledge.

 

Brothers and Sisters!

 

·                Whether Allah created mankind or Universe has been in existence forever or human beings are evolution of Apes as per Darwinian Theory, it has to be accepted and admitted that languages came into being whether it was evolution from Apes or whether Allah is Creator of mankind.

 

·                The question arises why a language is required?

 

·                In fact language is required to express the sentiments which emerge in heart and to expose the data which is stored and saved in mind.

 

Brothers and Sisters! The origin and emergence of languages and dialects has to be based on the theory that Allah is Lone Entity, He created the universe and mankind and He is also Creator of languages and dialects which are roaming around the world.

 

How?

 

Brothers and Sisters!

 

·                When Hazrat Adam (PBUH) were created, obviously, Allah had to communicate with Him (PBUH) i.e. to tell him who is he and what is the object of his creation.

 

·                It is natural phenomenon that when somebody speaks then the other person has to listen and understand the message and also preserve the message.

 

·                Qur’an is Word of Allah and it is ascribed in Arabic language. Therefore, it is safe to assume that Arabic is the first language. As whole of mankind is offspring of Hazrat Adam (PBUH), so it can be deduced that Arabic is the mother language and all other languages and dialects have been derived from Arabiclanguage. The proof that all languages and dialects are derived from Arabic language is that the alphabetic of all the languages and dialects and pronunciation are based upon the pronunciation of Arabic alphabetic.

 

·                When Hazrat Adam (PBUH) and Hazrat Haw’wa were sent on earth the earth would have been just like a plain field and there were mountains and seas.

 

·                Hazrat Adam (PBUH) was given ILM (knowledge) to make research of the universe and store the information in mind and thereafter conduct experiments.

 

Brothers and Sisters!

 

·                 Now, after the research of the creations of the universe the theory which emerged in mind had to be preserved in some form so that it can be referred to in future. So it must be that when Hazrat Adam (PBUH) and His offspring made research they ascribed some signs i.e. writing to be referred in future.

 

·                Whoever created those signs he has to tell others what this sign means? Because if the other person does not know what sign means then it will be useless.

 

·                In short, the signs were termed as writings of the particular language and this is how the writing of the language came into being. The shape of writings also kept changing. For example if we compare the writing of Arabic language 1400 years ago with today’s writing, it will be completely different. However, pronunciation remained same.

 

Brothers and Sisters!

 

·                When the offspring of Hazrat Adam (PBUH) spread over the earth then to express the sentiments, thoughts to others different dialects were spoken and writings came into being accordingly. And this is how there are numerous languages and dialects prevailing in the world.

 

Brothers and Sisters! The question arises who is the creator of these languages and dialects? Is it mankind or has Allah created these languages and dialects?

 

Brothers and Sisters!

 

·                Let us assume that the languages and dialects other than Arabic are created by mankind. This theory is on the basis is it is the human mind who thought about it and gave it shape.

 

·                It is accepted fact that everyone believes in Lone Entity of Allah and whenever he is in need of something, or in some problem then he reverts to Allah and makes Dua’a (Pray) in his own language e.g. Urdu, English, Italian, German, French, Hindi, Gujrati, Persian etc.

 

·                Now, if human mind is creator of all languages other than Arabic then how Allah will understand Dua’a when Dua’a is made in Urdu, English, Italian, German, French, Hindi, Gujrati, Persian etc languages? Allah taught Arabic language to Hazrat Adam (PBUH), so if human mind is creator of Urdu, English, Italian, German, French, Hindi, Gujrati, Persian etc. languages then mankind must have taught these languages to Allah. So if this theory is accepted then Allah does not fulfil the criteria of being Allah because the concept of Allah is that He knows everything and is in control of everything.

 

Brothers and Sisters!

In fact, it is Allah Who helped mankind to develop

all the languages and dialects.

 

How?

 

Brothers and Sisters!

 

·                Mankind i.e. every human being is Khalifa (viceroy) of Allah. Therefore, every Khalifa has to remain in contact with his Principal i.e. Allah to seek guidance for the solution of the problems and other aspects of day to day life.

 

·                To keep in contact with Allah, Allah has revealed in the Qur’an that He (Allah) will teach him what he does not know. This revelation was made in the first five Ayats of the Qur’an to Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW):

 

Translation Surah Al Alaq Ayat no 1 – 5

 

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

 

Read! In the name of your Lord Who has created (all that exits).

 

He has created man from a clot (a piece of thick coagulated blood)

 

Read! And your Lord is the Most Generous.

 

Who has taught (the writing) by the Pen.

 

 

Brothers and Sisters! The crux of the matter is that when human mind starts thinking his contact is established with Allah where Allah exposes the secrets of the universe. This aspect has also been revealed in the Qur’an:

 

Translation Surah Al Mo’min Ayat no. 15

 

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

 

(He is Allah) Owner of High Ranks and Degrees, the Owner of the Throne. He sends the revelation (opens secrets) by His Command to any of His slaves. He Wills, that he (the person who receives revelation) may warn (men) of the Day of Mutual Meeting (i.e.) Day of Resurrection.

 

Brothers and Sisters! In view of the subject matter the elaboration of the above Verse can be as follows:-

 

First

 

Brothers and Sisters! Allah reveals His powers:

 

(He is Allah) Owner of High Ranks and Degrees,

 the Owner of the Throne.

 

Second

 

Brothers and Sisters! Allah advises that whenever human mind explores the properties of the universes then He reveals the secrets to the human mind:

 

He sends the revelation (opens secrets) by His Command

to any of His slaves.

 

Third

 

Brothers and Sisters! The object of revelation of the secrets is that when human mind is advised about the secrets of the universe.  then he should pass these on to other human minds:

 

He Wills, that he (the person who receives revelation) may warn (men) of the Day of Mutual Meeting (i.e.) Day of Resurrection.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Now, let us look at how the context and substance of the above Verse applies to the scientific developments since day one, especially, in this scientific age where the concept of Allah seems a fantasy (Nauz Billah).

 

Brothers and Sisters! No doubt the secrets of the universe has been revealed to human mind since Hazrat Adam (PBUH) were sent in this world, but the history of revelation of the scientific developments has been available since 1400 years ago.

 

Brothers and Sisters! The examples of revelations of the secrets of universe and spirituality are as follows prior to 1400 years ago:-

 

·                Philosophers like Aristotle, Plato and Socrates were born who left treasures of ILM to follow.

 

·                Architecture: How the house were carved in mountains

 

·                Pyramids of Egypt: Even the modern technology cannot build such pyramids.

 

·                Preservation of bodies: dead human bodies were preserved with such chemicals that  those will remain intact for hundreds of years

 

·                Etc.

 

Brothers and Sisters! 1400 years ago when Mohammad Ibne Abdullah  (SAW) were commissioned as Khatim ul Anbiyya (Last Prophet) He (SAW) educated and trained Sahaba Karam and they explored the properties of the creations of the universe. This exploration is reflected in the extract as below from The Book of Knowledge under the chapter ‘Mohammad’ (SAW) page no. 111 to 112.

 

The Saracens were excellent craftsmen. The sword blades  of Toledo and Damascus were world renowned.

 

Equal skill was shown in the fashioning of vases, lamps, and other articles of copper, bronze, and silver; in the weaving of carpets and rugs, which are still unsurpassed; and in moulding of fine glass and pottery.

 

A leading form of Muslim art was developed in architecture. The arabesque decoration of walls, carpets, hangings etc., took the place of drawings of the human figure, a form of art severely restricted by tradition in Islam.

 

Sweetmeats, syrups essences, and perfumes were produced.

 

Paper, without which invention of printing would have been valueless, came to Europe through Muslims.

 

The finest leather goods came from Cordova and Morocco.

 

In literature, particularly poetry, and in science the Muslims attained a high degree of development.

 

The University of Cairo at one time had 12,000 students.

 

In Spain in the 10 century a library of 400,000 manuscripts is said to have been collected.

 

Learned Arabs did much to preserve and spread the writings of the great Greek philosopher Aristotle, after he had been all but forgotten in Western Europe.

 

In mathematics, especially algebra, Muslims scholars led the world.

 

The so – called “Arabic” numerals used today were introduced into Europe by Arab scholars who brought them from India.

 

In Astronomy, medicine, and chemistry they made various notable advances.

 

The richness and grace of the characteristic Muslim architecture are evident in many lands, from Spain to India.

 

Brothers and Sisters! The above extracts clearly depict that the base for the progress in technology which involved the study of invisible forces of the universe was made by the Muslims by the study of the Qur’an, the ‘Word of Allah’.

 

Brothers and Sisters! The secret behind the above achievements is that when the Muslims used to concentrate their minds on meaning of the Verses of the Qur’an, they in fact were devoting their attention to Allah (SWT), whereby the connection is developed between the Muslim and بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

Brothers and Sisters!

 

·                In legal terms all human beings are equal in the eyes of Allah whether he is a Muslim or non – Muslim. Whoever will concentrate in making research upon the creations of the universe the secrets will be exposed to him. But the difference between the research of Muslim and non – Muslim is that Muslim makes research in order to recognise the Lone Entity of Allah so that he is submissive to Him (SWT) every moment of his life while non – Muslim makes research for material gains.

 

·                When Muslim makes research in order to recognise Allah then the Blessings of Allah are showered upon him and properties are exposed readily. But when non – Muslim makes research for material gains then Blessings of Allah do not accompany him and before he will reach the right conclusion there will errors committed i.e. the research will be upon trial and error basis.

 

·                Muslims attribute everything to Allah i.e. the properties of every atom are in control of Allah but non Muslims attribute these to the material substance i.e. it has the powers in itself.

 

·                Muslims believe that every atom acts and reacts upon the behest of Allah but non – Muslims are of the opinion that every atom acts and reacts on its own.

 

Brothers and Sisters!

 

·                Although both Muslims and non-Muslims can reap the material benefits from the researches in this world, but in the life hereafter the position will be different. Muslims will be rewarded because they attributed everything within the powers of Allah and non – Muslims attributed the power to the atoms which is ‘Shirk’ (to enjoin another entity with the Entity of Allah). Allah has warned that Mushrikun will go to Hell and Muslims will live in Paradise. This fact was revealed in the first meeting:

 

Translation Surah Al Ahzab Ayat no 73

 

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

 

So that Allah will punish the hypocrites men and women, and the men and women who are al-Mushrikun (polytheists, idolaters, pagans, disbelievers, in the Oneness of Allah, and His Messenger Mohammed (SAW)). And Allah will pardon (accept the repentance of) the true believers of the Islamic Monotheism, men and women. And Allah is Ever Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.

 

Speaking

 

Brothers and Sisters! We speak to convey our sentiments, thoughts to other people or we read the book while uttering the text or make speech. When we speak the words are flowing in a sequence and they are making sense where the listeners can understand the context and substance of the talk or conversation.

 

Brothers and Sisters! But have we ever thought about what is the process behind the voice i.e. who is in control of the thinking, how the thoughts converted into words?

 

Brothers and Sisters! Let us look into what parts of the human body are designated to the element of speaking.

 

Brothers and Sisters!

 

·                There is ‘voice box’   underneath the throat. When one wants to speak it becomes active and a sound erupts.

 

·                The job of voice box is to create voice. For example: if the tongue is not moved then there will be a constant voice erupting from the voice box just like when some body screams.

 

·                When the tongue is moved side by side or up and down then the voice gets broken in the sense that some time there is voice and sometime there is pause. The process of ‘play’ and ‘pause’ converts the voice into words and this is how the language comes into existence.

 

Brothers and Sisters! The point to highlight the fact is that all the process: thoughts, transmission, voice box getting active, movement of tongue; are under the control of human mind or under the control of an ‘Unseen’ force?

 

Brothers and Sisters!

 

·                If it is under the control of human being then a full and comprehensive programme had to be installed in mind which would have activated the voice box, transmitted thoughts, moved tongue up and down and side by side just like when a programme is installed in central processing unit i.e. computer because unless and until every step of the programme (CPU) in installed in CPU it will not process any data.

 

·                As nothing has been installed in mind by human technology then one has to admit that there is an ‘Unseen’ force who has installed this programme in human mind and that cannot be other than that the Creator of human being i.e. Allah (SWT). If a non – believer attributes it to the ‘Nature’ then He is admitting ‘existence’ of ‘Unseen’ force.

 

Imagination

 

Brothers and Sisters!

 

·                Imagination is such an element that when one thinks about a particular event, or listens to a story or an event a kind of movie starts emerging in mind which is termed as imagination.

 

·                When a tale or story or an event is told then many things revolve in imagination e.g. people, place, nature of event or story etc. When the story is being told the picture of everything in the event starts emerging in the imagination e.g. portrait of people, shape of the environments and how the incident happened.

 

Brothers and Sisters!  The question  emerges who is behind the eruption of imagination? Is it human mind or an ‘Unseen’ force?

 

Brothers and Sisters! Again if it is human mind then before it can activate the process of imagination then a programme had to be installed in mind i.e. learned from a school. But this has not been the case. So one has to admit that it is an ‘Unseen’  force who has installed this programme in human mind and that Entity cannot be other than Lone Entity of Allah  (SWT). If a non – believer attributes it to the ‘Nature’ then He is admitting ‘existence’ of ‘Unseen’ force.

 

Breathing

 

Brothers and Sisters! No doubt everyone believes and admits that every human being breaths every moment of his life. The breathing process is through nose and mouth. If both nose and mouth are shut then one cannot breath and the person will die.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Oxygen is within the environments which is inhaled and goes to the lungs and then it comes out in the form of carbon dioxide. Oxygen cleansed the pollution in the lungs and when it gets polluted it turns into carbon dioxide and comes out of mouth.

 

Brothers and Sisters!

 

·                No one makes an intention to breath or takes any action to breath. However, likewise information technology there has to be a programme installed which keeps activating the process of breathing because without a command nothing can be processed.

 

·                So if human mind has not devised and installed a programme then it is the Creator of human body who has devised and installed the programme in the human mind which is keep on working and an ‘Unseen’ force is behind the breathing process.

 

Movement of Body Parts and Facial Expressions

 

Brothers and Sisters! No doubt everybody believes and admits that when one is speaking or delivering a speech or indulges in conversation there is movement of body parts, especially, hands and there are also facial expressions which correspond to the nature of the speech or conversation.

 

Brothers and Sisters! For the sake of arguments let us assume that when one is speaking then it is the human mind behind it. But who regulates the movements of hands and reflects the facial expressions. Is this under the control of the person who is in conversation or delivering a speech?

 

Brothers and Sisters! The answer will definitely be ‘No’. So if the answer is ‘No’ then one has to believe in the ‘Unseen’ force who is in control of everything.

 

CONCLUSION

 

Brothers and Sisters! People who believe in the existence of Allah, they would definitely admit that everything is under the control of Lone Entity of Allah (SWT). But the people who do not believe in the existence of Allah or have secular mentality they will attribute it to ‘Nature’.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Fair enough. If the                         non – believers and people with secular mentality believe that it is regulated by ‘Nature’, then at least they have admitted in the existence of ‘Unseen’ force.
