Brothers and Sisters!     

Assalam o Alleyykum

    [Peace be Upon You]

Every human soul is Muslim.

How?

Brothers and Sisters! Every human being is offspring  of our forefather Hazrat Adam (PBUH). Hazrat Adam (PBUH) was given Deen e Islam. One who follows Deen e Islam is termed as Muslim.  

Brothers and Sisters! Therefore, when a child is born , technically, he is in state of As Salat until the age of puberty .

How?

Brothers and Sisters! The connotation of Hadith is that any child who dies before the age of puberty he will go to Heavens,  even if the child is born in Non Muslim family . Brothers and Sisters! Heaven is for the people who are closer to Allah. Closer to Allah are those who are in state of Salat.

Question arises what does Iqamat as Salat mean?

Brothers and Sisters! Let us try to understand by a worldly example.

Brothers and Sisters! The mode

·       wake and get up in the morning

·       have bath or shower to become fresh so that he can use his faculties amicably

·       have breakfast and go to school , college or office  or anywhere to in search of Bounties of Allah i.e. to earn his living

·       learn and make use of his faculties

·       get married,  make friends , help each other

·       come back home  , meet family , relax , have dinner

·       etc.etc.

In short, every moment of life one is busy

in doing something

Brothers and Sisters! Qur’an is Book of Guidance and                       Hadith is elaboration  of Book of Guidance of Allah.

How Hadith is elaboration of the Qur’an?

Brothers and Sisters! Qur’an is like a text book. Just like when a student cannot understand some aspects of his study book he reverts to his teacher. When his teacher explains him the meaning the text this becomes elaboration of the text. Similarly, as Nabi (Prophet) of Allah is chosen person so he is explained the meaning of the text either directly by Allah or through Angel. When Nabi (Prophet) receives explanation either directly or through Angel it is termed as Wahee (Revelation). The elaboration of the text is termed as Hadith.

Brothers and Sisters! So if one follows the Guidance of Allah and Teachings of the Prophets in his day to day life it will be termed as Iqamat as Salat. Let us take some examples of Iqamat As Salat:

·       speak truth and refrain from lying

·       be honest and do not cheat

·       help  other and do not infringe the rights of others

·       get married  and do not indulge in illicit intercourse

·       keep your body clean and pure

·       etc.etc.

Brothers and Sisters! In short, above are the elements around which the day to day life of everybody revolves. So when one expends his life in accordance with the Guidance of Allah and Teachings of Anbiyya e Karam (Prophets) he is in state of Iqamat as Salat.

OUTCOME

Brothers and Sisters! The outcome of Iqamat as Salat is that one feels relaxed because he is getting closer to Allah and Allah is transmitting Serenity in heart and Peace in mind and this is what one is looking for.

Brothers and Sisters! In Qur’an  it has been revealed that whoever is in state of Salat the rewards keep on accumulating and stored which will be awarded on the                                            Day of Judgment and this will lead to Paradise where he will enjoy the Bounties of Allah forever, which no eye has seen, no ear has heard and no mind can imagine.

Brothers and Sisters! Do you not think that it is worthwhile to expend day to day life as per the Guidance of Allah and Teachings of Anbiyya e Karam (Prophets) for a very short time and enjoy the Bounties of Allah forever?
